Soak it in folks, your Cougar basketball team is 20-1 after two more convincing wins! We talk in depth about the Coogs shooting ECU out of the gym and getting another notch in their road warrior belts with a decisive win over Tulsa.
And you better believe we're here to discuss a revenge rematch with the Temple Owls on Thursday.
There's also football news a plenty as Dana Holgorsen starts to round out his staff and we analyze the comings/goings of recruits in and out of the Cougar football program.

But no worry, Kelvin Sampson's team picked up a pair of road wins this week to improve to 18-1 on the year, including Sampson's 600th career victory. And for good measure the women's hoops team went on the road and picked up a win, as well.
Plus, #HTownSpeedCity is starting to heat up, with the Cougars setting a program record (and throwing down the gauntlet nationally) in the 4x400 meter relay, plus Mario Burke running one of the best 60M times in program history!
We also talked some women's swimming & diving, and did a deep dive on how some Cougar alumni are doing in the professional ranks!

We have to admit, we're not used to being this optimistic about Cougar athletics. Men's hoops opened conference play with a couple of comfortable wins to stay undefeated, Dana Holgorsen was officially announced as UH head football coach (and is reportedly bringing Tyron Carrier with him, and poaching an assistant from Mack Brown), Todd Whitting got an extension, the Track program installed a game-changing facilities upgrade...IS THIS REAL LIFE?
