It didn't sneak up on us, but a change is in the air now that its here. That's right, AAC play has kicked off for Cougar men's and women's basketball. The Cougar men's shooty hoopers opened their conference account by beating a game UCF team at the Fertitta Center and outlasting the Temple Owls on the road.
Not to be overlooked the women's shooty hoopers split a pair home conference games with strong positives and lingering flaws on display in roughly equal parts, as that young team figures out who they are in 2020.
