With a heavy heart we return this week to process the loss of a beloved Cougar athlete and someone who left us far too young. And acknowledging most topics are trivial in comparison to life and death, we talked about the following topics:

• Previewing the preseason #19 volleyball program & what their 2023 could look like
• Also previewing the 2023 Big 12 football season, looking at each of the 11 (you read that right, 11) non-Houston programs in the league
